Our CS:GO team began their day early: our first game was scheduled for 9:30. We had to face some unfortunate circumstances as our first match was delayed for almost an hour and mou realized that he forgot his mouse at our boot camp in Saint Petersburg. He had to replace his ZOWIE ZA13 with SteelSeries Kana and you could clearly see that it took him some time to adjust. He confessed after the games that it was difficult to play - lesson well learned.

 Gambit [1:0]  GODSENT Academy | 16:6 @ de_overpass

Despite all difficulties, we were calm and collected in our game against GODSENT’s "B" team. We grasped the initiative from the get-go and prevented ninja-defuse during the first pistol round. Our newcomers, Zeus and HObbit, had a terrific debut as they won a round in a 2v5 situation, and Daniil topped it with three spectacular frags with MAG-7. Overpass concludes with 16:6 in our favour.

 Gambit [1:0]  Bpro | 16:13 @ de_dust2

The winner of this match against a Bulgarian squad would top our group. Spyleader and co turned out to be a challenging opponent. They were dominant on T side - took first five rounds in a row and finished the half with a nine round lead. Besides, one of the three rounds we won on CT side was a force buy.

An unpleasant score did not faze us. While a comeback was not likely, our former captain believed we could achieve it. We took round after round on T side. Dosia got four frags with four different weapons (HE, Glock-18, CZ-75 and AK-47) in a single round. Mou, who had been struggling to adapt to his new device previously, finally woke up and showed what he was capable of. Final score - 16:13.

Other results in group C:
 Bpro [1:0]  Norse | 22:18 @ de_overpass

 Norse [2:0]  Bpro | 16:14 de_dust2; 16:7 @ de_mirage

The first day for our team ended on a good note. We secured the first place in our group and a day to rest. Today we will find out who we are going to face in playoffs.
