Gambit CS:GO team is going to spend the last days of October at one of the world’s greatest gaming exhibitions, Paris Games Week. From October 27 to 31 "Porte de Versaille" will be filled with various gaming stands, just as for the previous 6 years. The exhibition centre is so huge that the organizers had to provide guests with travelators to help them move from one hall to another. The event will be comprised of gaming competitions as well, holding tournaments for FIFA17, Just Dance, Clash Royale. And, of course, Counter-Strike!

Paris Games Week will become a venue for the sixth Electronic Sports World Cup. The history of this great tournament began in 2003. Every year lots of teams arrive in Paris to fight each other for a championship title. The tournament is unique in terms of qualifiers, since those who are willing to participate can take part in the tournament not only through online-qualifiers, but also through the qualifiers held in their native countries. Besides the invited teams, this year the tournament will be attended by the winners of Iranian, South African, Chinese and Indian qualifiers. These teams will be challenged by professionals and have a chance to make a name for themselves at a World Champioship in Paris. Gambit squad received a direct invitation to take part in the ESWC.

It’s interesting to note that members of Gambit CS:GO team have already taken part in Electronic Sports World Cup, but under the name of different teams. And our captain Daniil "Zeus" Teslenko has become a champion twice. Root for our guys, they are hungry for victories!
