The fourth day at ELEAGUE Major was to decide the team's fate: today the spectators would know the names of those, who have made it to quarter finals. After two confident victories over Danish North and Swedish GODSENT, Gambit lost to Polish Virtus.pro. It mean that today the guys go up against European squad FaZe, who has outperformed FlipSid3 and Liquid but failed to win SK before our meeting.

An exciting battle unfolded of two squads unfolded on Overpass. During the whole match the teams were on par. In the first half our guys confused the opponent with many taken force buys and eco-rounds. AdreN showed a great game, he distinguished himself not only in the first half, where he constantly performed vital triple kills, but during the whole match also, the meeting resulted in 34 frags made by him. HObbit also didn't give up in the crucial moment: in the 20th round, when he was left 1vs1 with the opponent he shot the rival down. The team's captain also showed a good game level: in the 22th round Daniil made 3 eliminations, and thanks to them the guys took over these two-minutes. The well-coordinated game of all the guys allowed them to get ahead. However, FaZe managed to get advantage of the guys' minor mistakes, having decreased the gap in the score. We did prevent the opponent's come back and didn't let them take the match to overtime. Gambit won the match with the score of 16:14!

Today our team got to be one of the strongest eight teams of the championship and became "Legends", however, the main aim is still ahead. Beginning with January 27, we will observe bo3 matches, the playoffs' games of ELEAGUE Major will be held in the traditional Single Elimination format. The results of the draw will define the team, which we will face in playoffs. Don't miss new information and keep on following our guys' success!
