Gambit LoL Academy has topped group B and qualified for CIS Challenger Series playoffs. This road was by no means easy, as our team began its run with a loss to Elements Pro Gaming (feat. former Gambit Mid Laner Fomko). In spite of it a successful roster change – Vladislav "SimSin" Samokha replaced Ilya "Dizzy" Mikhailenko, and a rigorous practice schedule allowed the team to develop over the course of the season. The remaining two games against Team Empire and Red Square CrowCrowd went in our favour.

Gambit LoL Academy roster:
Nikita "NJ Coldstar" Morozov - Top Lane
 Dmitry "Anechek" Anenko - Jungle
Arnas "Arnax" Stepanauskas - Mid Lane
Rolandas "Optimas" Vincalovičius - AD Carry
 Vladislav "SimSin" Samokha - Support
Dmietri "Neakron" Chuyueski - Substitute, Top Lane
 Igor "Grosse" Grigorev - Coach

Three teams in group B (Gambit Academy, EPG and Empire) finished the group stage with two wins and a single loss each, therefore three-way tiebreaker was required to determine which two teams would advance to playoffs. An hour ago Gambit Academy succeeded in beating both opponents and has thus secured the first place in its group.

CIS Challenger Series semi-finals are scheduled for March 14 – 15 and we are going to face Dolphins (BloodFenix, Lasagna, Piter Pokir, Tauren, Bonjour). The finalists will compete for 8,000€ and will qualify for The Promotion Tournament!
