One of the oldest Esports tournaments, DreamHack Winter, starts on November 24. Our guys have gotten to Jönköping and are already preparing for the first day confrontations.

Our way through this championship will begin with the fight against  OpTic Gaming. The game of the North American team isn't new for us as we've already met with these guys at ESL One Cologne 2016 Main Qualifier. Then Gambit team, without exaggeration, snatched the victory, having made a comeback from the score 4:11. The confrontation on Cobblestone ended up with our victory – 16:14. In recent times, the North Americans markedly improved: they won Northern Arena and got to the play-off stage at ELEAGUE, having left Francia EnVyUs and Shvecia fnatic out in the cold. Will see what result the rivalry of the two teams will have, as from the moment of that victory both teams have changed their line-ups.

On the first day names of the two semi-finalists will be known. In case of a successful start Gambit team will play with the winner of the  Cloud 9 and Renegades pair. If everything goes well and our team wins the second match as well, they will immediately advance to the play-off stage, moreover from the first place. The tournament structure gives an opportunity to be rehabilitated in case of defeat too. GSL-format works very simply: two defeats automatically send a team home and two victories – right to the semifinals.
