Gambit Esports starts to accept applications for the post of head coach of League of Legends team. Gambit LoL is one of the eight LoL Continental League participants. The competitive cycle of 2017 is set to begin at the end of January, in turn, the team plans to start full-time practice at a gaming hose in Moscow in the first half of January. At the moment, the team consists of Danil "Diamondprox" Reshetnikov, Ivan "FIRees" Silantiev and Valentin "NikSar" Zimakov. Our new Mid Laner and Support will be announced in the near future.
Responsibilities: Player development Participation in official games, scrims, team meetings and game discussions Improving interpersonal and in-game communication Supporting efficient working atmosphere within the team Keeping track of players' pratice regimen Self-development of professional expertise Performing other functions assigned by the management of the organization
Requirements: The ability to build up the working process in a team The presence of analytical framework, which would be sufficient for mistake detection and providing advice for their eradication The ability to stay at the team's boot camp from January to October 2017 Fluency in Russian and/or English Understanding the meta and the principles of composition building A degree and/or work experience in the area of sports psychology or human resource management are welcome Higher education is welcome
